Finland ordered Flak 38 after the Winter War. These were mixture of fixed and mobile guns. The mobile guns were sent to the Field Army and the fixed were sent to the Navy, Coastal Defense and home defense air defense units.
The Mixed Antiaircraft Battery has 2nd Section with two to three 20mm Cannons.
